MAPS 2008 HOTEL COSTS and REGISTRATION
Room Rates at the Holiday Inn.
The conference hotel is the Schenectady Holiday Inn. It is located across the street from the Schenectady Museum and Suits-Bueche Planetarium. Their web site is:

The room rates include a buffet breakfast each day. Please take note of the different room prices depending upon how many people are in the room.
Please plan accordingly when making reservations.

The Holiday Inn is now taking reservations for the MAPS Conference. Please identify yourself as an attendee of the Middle Atlantic Planetarium Society.
The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service from the Albany Airport which is 10 miles away, and the Schenectady Amtrak Station which is a few blocks away.
Please make your reservations by April 14th, 2008, as after that date, the rooms will be released to the general public.
Conference Registration Fee (for non-vendors)
As of this writing, the Full Registration Conference Fee will be $200.00. This will include the opening reception on Wednesday night, all lunches, and the banquet on Friday night.
